At Flatspot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
